Aditya is a Partner and a member of the firm’s general corporate practice. He graduated from the University of Atma Jaya Jakarta, Faculty of Law in 2014. He specializes his practice areas in investment, e-commerce, financial technology, general corporate, merger and acquisition, family law, arbitration and alternative disputes settlement. Prior to strengthening HADS Partnerships team, he has worked with several prominent Indonesian law firms. In 2016-2018, he was worked to one of oil and gas Contractor Company and one of the biggest financing companies as its in-house legal counsel for litigation and corporate matters. Furthermore, Aditya has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation includes antimonopoly and unfair business competition. He is handling various disputes representing various clients in the following industries: bank, insurance, e-commerce and marketplace, financial technology, mining and more related to civil, criminal, state administrative and suspension of debt payment and bankruptcy proceedings.
