Senior Associate

Ilham is a Senior Associate and a member of the firm’s general corporate practice. He graduated from the University of Pancasila, Jakarta and is now pursuing for master degree at University of Indonesia focusing on Business Law. During his academic year, he is active in Legal Debate community for both organization and competition activities. Prior in joining HADS Partnership, he has joined in a legal consultant company with years of experience on legal for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) and Start Up company. He has also assist various multinational company in complying the applicable laws in Indonesia. His expertise industries are insurance, e-commerce and marketplace, financial technology, bank, mining, health, and more related to civil, criminal, state administrative and suspension of debt payment and bankruptcy proceedings.
